North Branch Tech is a locally owned and operated computer shop. We opened in 2014 on 41 State Street in Montpelier, VT and have been serving our greater Central Vermont community since that time.

NBTech offers computer services to local businesses and the general community for support, networking and repair of both Apple and Windows based products. We offer stress relieving contractual managed IT services for business and residential accounts where we help you maintain your systems, complete with software update management, anti-virus oversight and backup management solutions.

Remote Support

Can’t make it in the shop? In just a phone call and a few clicks we can have a technician remote into your computer. If you can get online, we can consult, diagnose, and even troubleshoot remotely.

We offer consulting on many levels from basic data and program management to complex home and office design and management of proper and efficient computer and internet access. We have solid relationships with outside vendors and can assist customers in the best solution for their circumstances. We also offer emergency and urgent repair services. For those unexpected “oops, I pressed the pop up” to spilled liquid or dropped devices, we offer diagnosis and repairs.
